A Scottish treat for referendum week

THIS is a little twist on a fantastic Scottish dessert that’s normally made with raspberries — but since blackberries are in peak season right now, it would be a great shame not to use them when they are at their absolute best!

Also we are going to make an oat granola as it adds a lovely crunch to the dessert. At the Baskerville we use locally produced Shiplake honey for this recipe, it really does make a difference.
