Bullett at the double

Bullett at the double

ANDY BULLETT netted twice as visitors WOODCOTE/STOKE ROW eased to a 4-1 Premier Division win at basement side HURST last Saturday.

Bullett put the visitors ahead after just four minutes and then doubled the lead eight minutes later with his second of the game.

Frank Dillon made it 3-0 on 20 minutes before Michael Butcher added his side’s fourth of the game nine minutes later.

Hurst pulled a goal back later in the game but their hopes of getting back into the match were hindered when they had a player sent off.

In Division 2 WARGRAVE eased to a comfortable 4-1 win away at TAPLOW UNITED RESERVES. After an even first half, in which the sides turned around with the scores level at 1-1, the visitors netted three times without reply to secure the points.

Elsewhere WARGRAVE RESERVES crashed to a heavy 6-1 defeat away to Division 4 league leaders SOUTH READING.
