Substitute nets brace

KIDMORE END, still searching for their first win of the season, slipped into the bottom two of the Senior Division following their 2-1 defeat away to EASTERN RANGERS.

There was further disappointment for the Gallowstree Common-based club as KIDMORE END RESERVES crashed 4-0 at home to BASILDON BARBARIANS in Division 2 West.

In Division 3 East MAPLEDURHAM went down by the odd goal in seven at home to TILEHURST TITANS.

The visitors raced into a 2-0 lead before Charlie Tucker netted for the hosts just before half-time.

In the second half the Titans netted twice more to take a 4-1 lead before two penalties, both converted by Danny Braine, reduced the arrears.
