South Reading had an early opportunity to take the lead when they were awarded a penalty but Woodcote/Stoke Row keeper Mark Pearson saved the resulting spot kick.
The visitors then took the lead when a Frank Dillon corner was headed home by Andy Bullett. Soon after the hosts equalised.
Woodcote/Stoke Row had a golden opportunity to retake the lead just before the interval when they were awarded a penalty but Jake Dillon’s spot kick was saved.
On the hour mark the hosts took the lead for the first time but seven minutes later James Hancock found the back of the net to equalise following a Frank Dillon cross.
The hosts were then reduced to 10 men after a South Reading player received his second yellow card of the match.
With five minutes of the match remaining substitute Ryan Corbett, who came on at half-time for Andy Taylor, played a through ball to Dean Jordan who raced from the half-time line before firing home the winning goal.
With time almost up the hosts were reduced to nine men when a second player was sent off, this time a straight red card was issued for foul and abusive language. Elsewhere in the division ROTHERFIELD UNITED crashed to a 4-1 defeat away to league leaders MARLOW UNITED.
The shock result of the day saw Division 1 league leaders SONNING hammered10-2 away to WINNERSH RANGERS. Nick Newell scored both of Sonning’s goals. WARGRAVE remain five points above the relegation zone after crashing to a 5-0 defeat away to WOODLEY TOWN A. John Naylor was on target for SONNING A as they went down 4-1 at home to AFC CORINTHIANS RESERVES in Division 3.
