AFC HENLEY HOTSPURS U11s lost out 5-2 in a bruising East Berks League encounter away to WINDSOR U11s.
A slow Henley start saw them go 1-0 down early in the first quarter and it took some time for the visitors to find their game.
Zodey Sabijan set the game alight beating three men before hitting a curling shot beyond the reach of the Windsor keeper. Windsor responded strongly to re-take and consolidate their lead.
In the fourth quarter a Henley passing move saw Hotspurs’ leading scorer Leo Browne score. Despite a spirited final 15 minutes, Windsor netted two further goals.
