Anderson crowned champion

MILLIE Anderson was crowned Badgemore Park ladies’ champion for the fourth time last weekend.

MILLIE Anderson was crowned Badgemore Park ladies’ champion for the fourth time last weekend.

Anderson was one of 22 entrants for the annual ladies’ championship and Lyndon Trophy which were held over two days with 18 holes played on each day. Anderson, who plays off a handicap of four, became the ladies’ champion for the fourth time with a gross score of 152 over the two days.

The winner of the Lyndon Trophy, which was played in conjunction, was won by Marion Denby with a net score of 145.
