Tate leads the way at Caversham Heath

WILL TATE won the junior open championship medal at Caversham Heath on Sunday.

WILL TATE won the junior open championship medal at Caversham Heath on Sunday.

Tate scored net 75 with James Millard runner—up with net 85.

John North and Santiago Fernandez—Garcia claimed the honours in the Seniors’ Franklin Cup played off three—quarters handicap at Caversham Heath. Runners—up were John Sandall and Keith Taylor on countback from Kathy North and Colin Parkes, both duos with 40 points.

Gordon Berry recorded a net 66 to win an Open Championship Fun event. Runner—up was Issy Wiggins—Turner with net 69, and third was Kenny Price with net 70.
