There's room for four at Clooney towers

GEORGE CLOONEY must be glad that he splashed out on his large home in Sonning after it was revealed his wife is expecting twins.

The 55-year-old film star and his wife Amal, 39, bought Mill House, a Grade II listed manor house on the banks of the River Thames, for a reported £10 million in 2014.

Mrs Clooney, a human rights lawyer, is reportedly due to give birth in June.

The actor’s mother Nina could barely contain her excitement, saying: “It will be one of each! Yes, a boy and a girl. That’s what I’ve been told. How marvellous!

“My husband and I are extremely excited. We are extremely happy for George and Amal and I cannot imagine two people who would be better parents. I think she’ll be a great mom.”

The couple are reported to have spent £12.5 million on improvements to their home ready for the new arrivals.
