A FREE exercise class for new mothers is to be held at Henley leisure centre.
Buggy-a-cise is aimed at mothers looking to get back into shape and uses their child’s buggy as part of the work out. The sessions are run by qualified coaches and instructors.
Tom Nicholson, general manager of the centre, said: “It’s a great way for parents to exercise while involving their child as well as offering a great opportunity to socialise.”
The first session will take place on Thursday, March 23 from 9.45am to 10.45am and is free for leisure centre members or £4.20 per class for non-members after a first free taster class.
