No charges

NO one is to be charged over the theft of two electric bikes from Mill Meadows in Henley.

A man and woman were arrested in connection with the incident on January 26 but police say they do not have enough evidence to prosecute.

The bikes, belonging to Jessica and Nic Sinclair, were stolen after the couple chained them to a bench overnight while they slept on a boat moored off Rod Eyot.

The machines, together worth more than £2,000, were later recovered but had been damaged.
