WHITE Fox Events are running wreath making workshops at the Quince Tree in Stonor — and are offering two Henley Standard readers the chance to win a free ticket when they book on to either of the workshop dates.
Every reader that buys a ticket will enter in to a prize draw to win another — the winners will be announced on Monday, December 2 for the workshop on Thursday, December 5 and on Monday, December 9 for the workshop on Thursday, December 12.
All readers have to do is mention the Henley Standard when booking for their paid place either by phone (01491 682341) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
The workshops will be a really fun way to spend the morning just before the festive season really kicks off. The organisers have been busy getting all the materials in and they promise that the wreaths will be gorgeous.
The morning will start with tea, coffee, pastries and fruit upon arrival at 9.30am and the workshop will start after this and last for approximately two hours (this should give everyone plenty of time to finish their wreaths).
The proposed menu for lunch includes poached salmon, cold meats with homemade chutneys, goat’s cheese and mushroom tart and a variety of salads. This is followed by desserts and a glass of Prosecco for all.
This is the ideal opportunity not only to make a beautiful and unique Christmas wreath for your home, but also to spend some creative and fun time with your mum, sister or friend.
