Pub's at the heart of the community

Pub's at the heart of the community

STUART and Natasha have “brought the pub back to the village” with the Queen’s Head.

Our head chef, Jason Curtis, sees that everything is freshly made on site and leads the preparation of mouth-watering dishes.

Our menu champions seasonality with meats from Oxfordshire and Berkshire from our local butchers and fresh fish caught off the Cornish coast, while expressing top-notch British takes on great continental dishes.

His unique interpretation of classics demonstrates his innovative approach to traditional ingredients.

These kinds of differences are noticeable throughout the Queens Head’s offerings, and are what sets the pub apart from your average local.

Even the drinks are presented on a seasonal basis, with a strong selection of Fuller’s ales and beers, craft beers and our ciders from Cornish Orchards leading the charge.

Should you be looking for an accompanying glass of wine, the team have an excellent wine list that appeals to all, with many varieties available by the glass.

Any community would be lucky to have this pub in their midst, but the Queens Head has found a favourable home with the people of Crowmarsh Gifford.

Drop in any time to see why! For more information, visit the website at www.
