FORMER MP and government whip Gyles Brandreth, brings his one-man show How To Be Happy to The Watermill on Sunday, June 30.

When Gyles set out to find the secret of how to be happy he ended up in the psychiatrist’s chair with Dr Anthony Clare.

What the great man taught him about the nature of happiness and exactly who gets to be happy and how —- plus other useful lessons picked up along life’s way (from Freud and Frank Sinatra, Frankie Howerd and the Queen, among others) — provide the essence of a one-man show that should make you laugh and could change your life. He will sign copies of his Oscar Wilde murder mystery books, which will be available to buy in the bar, after the show.
