LINDISFARNE classics will be on the menu at a special acoustic show later this month.
Two musicians from the Geordie folk rock band will play to an intimate audience of just 40 diners at the Crooked Billet in Stoke Row.
More accustomed to selling out venues to seat thousands, Lindisfarne’s singer guitarist Dave Hull-Denholm and bass guitarist and vocalist Ian Thompson will perform well-known and back catalogue gems composed by the late Alan Hull.
Fans can expect stripped back, acoustic versions of much-loved songs, such as Lady Eleanor, Money Game, Winter Song, Day of the Jackal and Clear White Light.
Paul Clerehugh, chef patron of the Crooked Billet, is hopeful a couple of special guests may join the duo on the night.
