Bloxham are brushed aside in final clash

TRINITY SCHOOL took the honours in the Youth Spring Games tournament.

TRINITY SCHOOL took the honours in the Youth Spring Games tournament.

Having won two previous competitions the Henley-based school represented South Oxfordshire and in their first match defeated St Michael’s CE 6-0.

In their next match Trinity found themselves 5-1 down at half-time before hitting back to win 6-5. Their other two matches in the pool stage saw them defeat St Edmunds 5-1 and Banbury Academy 5-0.

In the quarter-finals Trinity defeated Radley 4-1 before brushing aside Batt 5-2 in the last four. In the final Trinity thrashed Bloxham 6-0.
