VOLUNTEERS are needed to help with next month’s snowdrop teas in Swyncombe.
The celebration event will be held at St Botolph’s Church on the last three weekends of February, from 2pm to 4pm.
On Sunday, February 10, a choral Eucharist will be held at 10am and a blessing of the snowdrops will be held at 2.30pm. A choral evensong will be held on Sunday, February 24 at 4.30pm.
Last year, the first two weekends were cancelled due to snow. However, the third teas went ahead and an additional tea was held the following weekend, raising almost £3,800 in total.
Donations of cakes, jams, preserves, books and gifts are also needed this year.
