MEMBERS of the Temple Island Masonic Lodge in Henley have given £1,200 to a charity.
The money was raised during Martin Rasch’s year as Master of the Lodge and a cheque was presented to Ruth Morse of Helen and Douglas House, the Oxfordshire charity providing respite care for children and young adults with life-shortening conditions.
Ms Morse said: “Temple Island Lodge has donated in excess of £15,000 during the past 10 years to more than 20 local and national charities. We cannot thank them enough. This generous donation will really make a big difference.”
