Savills appoints new rental manager

Savills appoints new rental manager
PROPERTY investor and lettings expert, Savills, is delighted to welcome Cara Wrightson to its Henley lettings department as property manager.

Cara will be overseeing the property management of the Henley lettings portfolio which ranges from town centre flats and large town houses to village cottages and country estates.

Cara said: “My parents also work in the industry, so I grew up being surrounded by property.

“I really enjoy the client-facing aspect of the job as well as the ability to help people — whether that is by providing landlords with the additional peace of mind that their asset is being well looked after or by helping tenants overcome problems, often in stressful situations.”

Richard Maby, head of Savills Henley Lettings, said: “We are delighted to welcome Cara to our team. Property management is one of the most important services we are able to offer our landlords and, many of our applicants, particularly corporate tenants, will not entertain letting a property which is non-managed. As such, having a dedicated in-house property management service is intrinsic to our business. I am confident Cara’s enthusiasm and willingness to help others will stand her in good stead for the challenges of her new role.”
