Former farmer’s cottage with the most magnificent country views

THE owners of Woodland View admitted to putting their “hearts and souls” into their home over the 26 years they have been there — yet they have now made the decision to move on and enable someone else to enjoy the stunning views.

For it was those views that clinched the sale of their home all those years ago when it was just a small farmer’s cottage. Since then, three children and many projects later, they are putting the property on the market.

Anthony and Caroline Sutchlick are hoping to move to Gloucestershire and admit to being excited and sad at the same time.

The extended and much improved five-bedroom former farmer’s cottage with magnificent views over open countryside is available near the popular village of Nettlebed.

Caroline said: “With our three children grown up and in London and America, we decided it was time for a change. When we came here there were four small bedrooms, just one bathroom and no central heating. Although we did the work in stages it was hard work with three small children but it was worth it.”
