Coxless four lead way at Dorney

Coxless four lead way at Dorney
UPPER THAMES’ top coxless four won the senior prize at Marlow Regatta last weekend.

The crew of Ed Couldwell, Michael Nagi, Joe Perry and Lewis Beech beat a strong field, clocking a fast time of six minutes, nine seconds at Dorney Lake to leave them well placed for a good run in the Wyfold Cup at Henley. The club’s coxed four also put in a strong performance, as did the eight, who will be on display in the Britannia Cup and Thames Cup respectively.
