UPPER THAMES won four events in the Nordic Masters Regatta in Copenhagen last weekend.

The coxless four of Paul Stuart Bennett, Walter Scott, Willy Almond and Lee Brown beat the top Scandinavian crews by a little more than two lengths over the famous Bagsvaerd Lake course, home of the World Rowing Championships last year.

The quartet later teamed up with athletes from Thames and London Rowing Clubs to win the G and F Eights, average age 65 years old, and the coxed four title.
