Upper Thames four lead the way

UPPER THAMES performed well at the Veteran’s Fours Head in London on Sunday.

UPPER THAMES performed well at the Veteran’s Fours Head in London on Sunday.

The Masters D coxed four of John Ewans, Chris Hall, Jon Thornber, Pete Jacobs and Niamh Broderick covered the course in an impressive time and won their class by 32 seconds having overtaken seven crews.

Three other Upper Thames crews came second in their events and two oarsmen, Zad Rogers and David Hope, won in composite crews.
