Olympic champion canters in

OLYMPIC gold medallist and recently crowned British Dressage Champion for the eighth time, Carl Hester MBE is backing Oxfordshire riders.

OLYMPIC gold medallist and recently crowned British Dressage Champion for the eighth time, Carl Hester MBE is backing Oxfordshire riders.

Hester, who was part of the team that won Olympic gold for Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics and is Britain’s top and rider and trainer, is taking the time to out to support the British Horse Society in raising money for horse welfare and better access for local riders.

Horse lovers and riders throughout the county will get the chance to see him being interviewed by Kate Green, managing editor of Country Life at Caversham Heath Golf Club in Mapledurham, Reading on Friday, October 18.

Green, a well-known equestrian journalist and author, will be talking to Hester and tickets to witness this are in short supply.

There are still some left at £10 each, with a food voucher costing £5.
