THIS summer holiday why not visit the Look Out Discovery Centre as it’s a great day out, whatever the weather!

There are more than 90 fun, hands-on science and nature activities. Whether it is making a mini animation, taking a picture of your shadow or launching the hydrogen rocket, you will have a good time.

New for 2013 is Build It! Help to build the unfinished house at the Look Out — awesome fun for all ages.During weekends in July and then every day from July 24 to September 1 is the new Party Science Show where you can learn more about the science behind parties. This is highly recommended. The shows are subject to minimum numbers and additional charges apply. They are suitable for three-year-olds and over as the show involves sitting down for up to half an hour.

The Look Out also has a fantastic adventure play area, gift and coffee shop.The Look Out is set in 1,000 hectares of Swinley Forest.

The supersaver ticket is only £18.75 (two adults, two children or one adult and three children). Children aged three and under are free!
