Discover the truth on a dark and stormy night at the Mill

A creaky old hotel in the Lake District sets the scene for the latest production at the Mill at Sonning.

A UK premiere, Stone Cold Murder stars Nick Waring as Sam Stone, Elinor Lawless and Elliott Chapman as newlyweds Olivia and Robert Chappell and Paul Brendan as Ramsey.

It tells the story of a couple preparing for a cosy evening of matrimonial bliss alone by the fire in their new home when their solitude is interrupted by a lost backpacker seeking shelter from the storm that is raging outside.

However nothing is quite what it seems in this tense thriller by writer James Cawood as the supposedly conventional leads to the most unconventional and chilling of conclusions.

Award-winning director Sue Wilson has been a senior BBC Drama director and producer. Fight scenes will be directed by Philip d’Orleans who has worked at the RSC, the Royal Opera House and English National Opera.
