Hot Gossip café in Friday Street is the location for for All in the Mind, six monologues by Henley writer Bridget Fraser. All in the Mind asks who’s normal? You? Me? Them?
The show is described as a bittersweet, poignant look into other minds that leaves you with more questions than answers.
It is directed by Jo Southwell , founder and director of Henley Fringe Festival, and sees the return of Hayley Marie-Axe (Fluff in Bridget Fraser’s Vintage Luggage which played to sell-out audiences in the Fringe 2013). Hayley has played many parts in film and television as well as fringe theatre. Simon Hedger is the other actor in the show and comes to Henley fresh from his critically-acclaimed one-man show, Gaffer, at the Unity Theatre in Liverpool.
Bridget Fraser’s credits include writing and producing the short film, Anniversary Waltz, and the play Vintage Luggage for last year’s Fringe.
She founded the Free Range Poets of Barn Galleries poetry workshop group, whose members are mostly published poets who have read at the Henley Literary Festival for several years.
