THE proposed residents’ parking scheme for Henley put forward by the county council would be a complete failure, claimed town councillors this week. Henley kebab man Mohammad Seylani-Zadeh, whose van was moved on from Market Place a fortnight ago, says support has flooded in for his service. This week he went to lobby South Oxfordshire District Council in his desperate search for a new site.
