HIGHMOOR’S second game of the season at Hambleden was a complete opposite to their previous outing.
Highmoor was invited to field after losing the toss and the Hambleden top order were unable to deal with the variation and accuracy of Dave Stephens and Dinesh.
Wickets fell quickly from then on, thanks to good fielding and bowling including a brilliant run out by Owen Lovelock and an excellent caught and bowled from skipper Ian Harris. Hambleden were 65 all out.
Highmoor openers Shamil and Rizmy set about reaching the small target in quick time. They reached their target in 11.1 overs with some classy shots to all parts of the ground, resulting in a 10 wicket victory for Highmoor.
