READING’S reward for defeating Sheffield United 4-0 at Madejski Stadium in the FA Cup on Saturday is an away trip to 11-times winners Manchester United in round five.
The match at Old Trafford will take place on either February 16/17. A decision on the date/time of kick-off will be made this week once TV companies have chosen their matches for live broadcasts.
The last time the two sides met each other in the FA Cup was also at the fifth round stage in 2007. The Royals drew 1-1 at Old Trafford before going down to a 3-2 defeat in the replay at Madejski Stadium.
