LAND owned by Sonning Common Parish Council is being sold for offers over £410,000.

The 0.18-hectare site on the corner of Brinds Close and Wood Lane has outline planning permission for two three-bedroom houses.

The council says the proceeds of the sale will go towards capital projects in the village.
