STAFF at a car dealership have scooped a customer excellence award for the third year in a row.
Sonning Common Vauxhall is the company’s only outlet in the South-East to receive the honour.
The award is based on feedback from customers who have bought a new car from the dealership or had their car serviced there.
The award only goes to those dealerships which achieve an average satisfaction rate of more than 91 per cent. Sales director Paul Mullin said: “I’m absolutely delighted that our customers are happy with the sales and after-sales service we give them.
“We’d like to thank the customers for their positive response and will endeavour to look after them in the future. We have been here under the same owner for 50 years now. We obviously value our local business very highly and appreciate the loyalty the customers show to us.
