OLD Manor Farm is a spectacular architect-designed farmhouse with a separate annexe area, beautifully situated in a sought-after hamlet, less than two miles from Henley.

Richard added that the quality of the fixtures and fittings is very high.

“There are marble floors throughout the open-plan areas downstairs and a top quality hand-made kitchen by Griggs & Mackay, along with very contemporary granite work surfaces. All of the bathrooms use high quality Laufen & Grohe sanitary ware.

“The high quality finish in all of the rooms is a key element to all of the developments carried out by Rockwell End.

“For me, one of the best rooms in the property is the very large kitchen/breakfast/living room, which caters for every type of household. The necessary planning consents were achieved in a short timescale with much support of the design given by local people.

All of the interior design of the property including carpets, curtains and colour schemes were carried out by Richard’s wife, Mary-Anne Spratley, who is well used to projects of this nature.
