A new law man in town

THERE’S a new face at the Hart Street branch of Romans

THERE’S a new face at the Hart Street branch of Romans.

Senior sales manager Chris Moorhouse has replaced former branch manager Julian Sheppard. Julian moved to Romans’ Reading branch, making space for Wellington College-educated Chris, who has an honours degree in law, as well as a post graduate diploma in law.

He has worked in estate agency for 20 years and has held a number of senior positions in national firms, including Hamptons International, Lane Fox, Strutt and Parker, Knight Frank and United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty, dealing with properties from the Dorset coast through central London and up to Scotland.

Chris told Standard Property: “For my new role in Henley, I will be able to call on my in-depth knowledge of the property market in South Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire, having run several highly successful offices in these areas over the years.”

Chris also said he has specialised in all aspects of training in estate agency and played a pivotal role in reorganising and reshaping businesses at both branch and board level.

“For me, it’s all about exceptional personal customer service and honest straightforward advice,” continued Chris. “I am always determined to achieve results to a client’s satisfaction.”

When he’s not busy with property, he’s off salmon fishing in Scotland and loves a spot of horse racing. Chris lives in Beaconsfield and he is married with two young children.
