OXFORD University Boat Club wants to erect a storage building at the Redgrave Pinsent Rowing Lake in Caversham to keep boats.

Barbara Wilson, the club’s administrator, said: “The club has played a significant role in the recent success of the Team GB rowers.

“The proposed building will allow the club to build on this success by providing secure winter storage for its support launches and additional storage for racing shells.”
