Police appeal for witnesses after cyclist injured in Charvil crash

A CYCLIST was taken to hospital with serious head injuries following a road traffic collision in Charvil.

The woman, who is in her 40s, was on the roundabout of the B478, Charvil Lane and the A3032, Old Bath Road at about 7.40am and 7.45am on Wednesday morning when she collided with a white MG car.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses.

Investigating officer PC Erin Attride, of the roads policing unit, said: “I am appealing for witnesses to this collision to please come forward.

“I am also appealing to anyone who was driving in the area and has dash-came footage, to please share this with us via our dedicated online portal.”

People with information should contact 101 or make an online appeal on the Thames Valley Police website, quoting the crime reference number 43250095517.
