Enjoy a candlelit winter feast

CHATEAU Marmot are coming back to the beautiful woodland hunting lodge on Henley’s Culden Faw Estate for a candlelit winter feast.

If you missed it last time this is your chance to get involved in a truly special and intimate occasion with two very fine chefs.

The six-course tasting menu is being created by Karl Doering and Ben Harrington, two of London’s most exciting new chefs.

Karl previously worked at Claridge’s and the now sadly closed Mayfields in East London, where his food was described by the Guardian’s Jay Rayner as “a brilliant display of intelligent cooking”.

Ben has worked at several fine establishments under Gordon Ramsay, including as one of the senior chefs at the Union Street Café. He was then one of the head chefs at the Mondrian on the South Bank and is currently head chef at Mews of Mayfair.

Tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) they are returning to the Henley area with the second of a series of very special events.

Accessed up a private, tree-lined drive and tucked in among the trees, the hunting lodge really is a beautiful, peaceful spot and they are thrilled to be working with the Culden Faw Estate to present these intimate dinners.

As always the menu will include lots of lovely local winter produce, including game from the estate.
