AN Easter reflection and prayer space was set up in Henley’s Market Place at the weekend. The space was at the former Spirited Wines premises and walked visitors through the Easter story. There were six areas and each one featured a passage from the Bible, a thought and an activity. They were: big questions, Palm Sunday, the Garden of Gethsemene, the Cross, the Empty Tomb and the Bubble Tube. Russell Martin, assistant pastor at Henley Baptist Church, said: “Each station has part of the Easter story. Helping people to positively express what’s going on inside can really help. I think prayer and reflection is really key to doing that in a positive way.”
