THIS year’s Nettlebed Art and Craft show will be held at Nettlebed Community School this weekend.
The show will be open to the public from noon to 6pm tomorrow (Saturday) and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
There will be more than 120 original paintings, ranging in price from £20 to £800, and an assortment of crafts including jewellery, ceramics and garden trellis, all by local people.
There will be also be a display of work painted by clients of Headway (Henley) and artworks from HMP Huntercombe.
For the first time, there will be live music on the Saturday played by lutenist Edward Fitzgibbon, who is a member of the Oxford Waites and a woodworker who has made his own musical instruments.
The show will be opened by Ed Simons, chairman of the trustees of the Kenton Theatre in Henley.
Nettlebed Art Society will be raising funds for local charities and organisations in and around the village.
