Henley Society

MEMBERS of the Henley Society’s committee took time out to visit their recently planted lime tree in Freemans Meadow.

The tree was planted to mark the late Queen Elizabeth’s platinum jubilee and is thriving.

The society’s programme continues with the Music on the Lawn event at Remenham Club on Sunday (tickets still available from 07860 145982) and a talk by Oxford historian Liz Wooley on Lord Nuffield on Thursday, October 12.
