A £2,000 reserve fund to pay for repairs to play equipment in Watlington is to be set up by the parish council.

Councillor Tim Horton said it was the ideal time to create the fund because the council’s reserves were in a “fairly good position”.

A £5,500 reserve fund for special planning, legal and election matters will be set up in April.
