EIGHT walkers in Sonning Common completed more than 100 walks last year.

EIGHT walkers in Sonning Common completed more than 100 walks last year.

The village’s health walks group attracted 185 participants, who together finished 5,520 walks — an average of 29 walks per person.

Members of the group have used the exercise to lose weight, strengthen their heart and lungs, improve muscle and bone strength, lower blood pressure and reduce stress.
