MEMBERS of Henley Photographic Club voted Tony Taylor’s Sports Headlights as image of the month for February.

This was followed by an evening where members described how they had produced an image of their choice.

Micki Aston, of the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain, judged the fourth round of the club competition in March.

Four prints were given a maximum 20 mark. They were Floral Portrait and Cape Gooseberry by Sue Hatch and Japanese Anemone and Begonia by Monica Salmon. The subject for the prints was “close up”. In the digital image section 20 points were awarded to A Corner in the Garden by Sandy Clayson and Misty Woodland by Pam Long.

There were competitions for two trophies in April. The winner of the Agar trophy was John Long with his portrait Freya and the runner-up was Geoff Briggs with Laurence.

The wildlife cup was won by Pam Long for Red Admiral and the runner-up was Tina Hudoklin with Bee. The judge was Sandy Watson.
