South Oxfordshire Housing Association is giving out a guide to other areas based on the Henley estate’s success.

Councillor David Eggleton, who is chairman of the association which began in 2013, said: “SOHA came to us and said they wanted to showcase our estate and what has been done.”

The leaflet includes pictures as Gainsborough has been transformed with new road signs, planters, clock and trees. The area also featured on all of Henley in Bloom’s judging tours.
