WE will have the third talk in an occasional series on Tuesday, February 23.

The speaker will be Dr Simon Townley, from the hisstory faculty at Oxford University and editor of Victoria County History of Oxfordshire.

His talk will be called “Benson to Henley via Ewelme and Nettlebed” and will cover recent historical research in the Oxfordshire Chilterns.

The meeting will be held at King’s Arms Barn in Henley (with access from the Waitrose car park), beginning at 7pm.
