PEPPARD Building Supplies has made a donation to help cover the costs of rent for the Sonning Common repair café.
The pop-up cafe, which is organised by environmental action group Eco SoCo, is based at Springwater Church in Blounts Court Road.
It has met twice so far and is where volunteers with various expertise offer to help repair household items such as electronics, bicycles and textiles for free.
Construction company Farrans, which is the contractor for the Inspired Villages development in Widmore Lane, has also become a sponsor of the café.
