A FLOOD warning is in place for the Thames at Henley, Remenham and Medmenham

A FLOOD warning is in place for the Thames at Henley, Remenham and Medmenham.

It also includes Middle and Lower Assendon on the Assendon Stream, and Skirmett and Hambleden on the Hambleden Brook.

The Environment Agency says that river levels are falling slowly but remain high due to recent rainfall.

Flooding of low-lying areas and roads is possible but no property flooding is expected.

The Met Office predicts that the weather will remain dry until Wednesday when there is a possibility of rain and sleet.
