Stuntman flies again

STUNTMAN Gary Connery will attempt to fly under the Clifton suspension bridge in a wingsuit.

STUNTMAN Gary Connery will attempt to fly under the Clifton suspension bridge in a wingsuit.

Mr Connery, 46, of Albert Road, Henley, will attempt the stunt on Tuesday morning, weather permitting.

He will jump out of a helicopter at around 4,000ft and fly along the length of the Avon Gorge and under the bridge before opening his parachute over the Cumberland Basin.

Mr Connery is the only person to have jumped from a helicopter without a parachute, using only a wingsuit.
