Residents joined the church choir in performing Handel’s Zadok the Priest, Wesley’s Thou Wilt Keep Him In Perfect Peace, Parry’s I Was Glad, Vaughan Williams’s O Taste and See and Stanford’s Coronation Gloria. The hour-long service was followed by afternoon tea in the Canterbury Room. A series of themed flower arrangements entitled “Happy and Glorious” was on display until today (Friday).
