FAWLEY celebrated the Queen’s 90th birthday in style on Saturday afternoon with a huge tea party on the village green, which was decorated with bunting and flags.
The event was organised by the Fawley Village Association’s chairman Alison Ashby and vice-chairman Christine Valentine.
Luckily, the rain held off and more than 80 villagers dressed in red, white and blue attended.
The tea flowed and there was party food to share and many cakes.
The children processed around the tables and then sang “Happy birthday, Your Majesty” with flags waving and party poppers.
