Organiser Terry Jackson, a parish councillor, said: “I think it went really well. It was a lot of hard work but it was well worth it. It’s good for the community to get together and have fun together. She’s our Queen. I certainly admire Her Majesty and it’s important that we show our respects.” Mrs Jackson thanked her team of volunteers who had helped organise the event.
